HOW TO USE IT

Place the brush horizontally and apply in zigzag motions from the base of the lashes to the tip. Layer as desired for a bolder effect. Apply to the upper and lower lashes for an intense, accentuated look, or just the upper lashes for a more natural, fresh look.
