The "Mesauda Diamonds Rewards" program subject of these Regulations is a loyalty program promoted by the Promoter, which allows the User to accumulate, against a certain amount of expenditure incurred for the purchase of Products at the Site or the performance of other actions as indicated in paragraph 5 below, a certain amount of Points that will entitle him/her to receive a certain discount or any other benefits from time to time communicated by the Promoter. The amount of Points and the value of the discount (or the details of any different benefits) will be communicated from time to time by the Promoter within the Site. The Program Participation Account is nominative. The User is entitled to only one Account and is required to make exclusively private and non-commercial use of it.

1. "Account" means the Personal Area on which each User may, among other things, view the status of Points from time to time accumulated and available, check their previous purchases and benefit from additional advantages that the Promoter may make available to Users. The availability of an Account is not a requirement for the purpose of purchasing products on the Site. For purposes of creating an Account, acceptance of the relevant terms and conditions of registration and use is required.
2. "Users": users of the Site who have adhered to these Rules and Regulations by creating a Personal Account and accepting its terms and conditions.
3. "Promoter": Mesauda Beauty Srl, Piazza Diaz 7, Rome. VAT 12691340967.
4. "Points": the points from time to time uploaded to the User's Account as a result of the purchase of Products on the basis established and indicated by these Rules and on the basis of any communications made available to Users on the Site. The accrued points will be confirmed from time to time with a communication transmitted at the email address provided by the User during registration.
5. "Site" means the website www.mesaudabeauty.com
6. "Products": exclusively, the products sold within the Site www.mesaudabeauty.com
7. "Rules and Regulations" means these Rules and Regulations that are accepted by the User at the same time as creating an Account.

The Mesauda Diamonds Rewards Program is intended only for Users who have their own personal Account on the Site.

The Account is granted to each User free of charge, subject to entering the required data and acceptance of the relevant general conditions. Failure to complete or incomplete or untruthful completion of the site registration form will result in the impossibility of issuing or revocation of the Account. For the purpose of proper enjoyment of the Program, the User also agrees to notify the Promoter of any changes in his/her personal data.

The data provided by the User will be processed by the Promoter in accordance with the provisions of the European Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), based on the privacy policy of the Site.

Points may be accumulated only and exclusively in the ways indicated below in points a) - d) and in any additional ways indicated by the Promoter from time to time.Points may therefore not be accumulated in cases of purchasing products at merchants other than the Site and/or performing the actions indicated below in ways other than using the relevant features available on the Site. Points will be accumulated in the following ways:

- For every Euro 1.00 spent, an amount of Points equal to 1 will be credited to the Account, which will be added, from time to time, to any Points already acquired during previous purchases;

- For each review related to a purchased Product, an amount of Points equal to 5 will be credited to the Account;

- If a new customer is introduced through the "Introduce a Friend" procedure, a 20% discount will be reserved following the first purchase on the Site made by the "introduced" customer. The points will be added, from time to time, to any points already previously acquired.

Failure to access the Account prior to the performance of each of the actions set forth above in (a) - (d) will not allow the accumulation of Points and will not entitle the User to the credit thereof at a later time, and will also not allow the User to benefit from any discounts to which he/she may be entitled under these Rules and will not entitle the User to the credit thereof at a later time.

During the duration of the Program, the Promoter may decide to disburse additional Points, including as a result of the execution of actions and/or purchases other than those indicated in point 5 above, in the manner that will be communicated from time to time by the same Promoter on the Site or as part of informational-promotional communications sent via email to Users. The Promoter also reserves the right to increase and/or reduce the manner of accumulation of Points and/or points awarded for each activity, giving appropriate notice to Users.

Points are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to third parties.

Between 151 and 300 Points, the User will automatically receive a discount of Euro 1.50

Between 301 and 449 Points, the User will automatically receive a discount of Euro 3.00

Upon reaching 450 Points, the User will automatically receive a discount of Euro 4.50

To redeem your discount, simply log into your account and redeem the available discount.

The Loyalty Program runs until December 31, 2024 and will be renewed from year to year unless otherwise notified by the Promoter. Points must therefore be used by December 31 of each year. Any Points remaining after that date will be removed from the Card and the count will restart from 0 Points on January 1 of each year.

The Promoter reserves the right to discontinue the Program at its discretion by giving appropriate notice to Customers.

The cancellation of the Account by the User and the revocation of the Account by the Promoter will result in the cancellation of the Account and the forfeiture of any accrued and unused benefits. The Promoter reserves the right to demand the return of any unlawfully acquired benefits (points, discounts, other), as well as to take any legal action against the User.

Participation in the Program, during the term, is conditional on the availability of the Account by the User and will cease if the Account is cancelled.
